Hamilton County, Indiana. Carmel, Fishers, Noblesville, Westfield, Cicero, Sheridan, Arcadia, and Atlanta.

Hamilton County is the fastest growing county Prime Guard covers. The Census Bureau put it at about 387,000 people on July 1, 2025, up 11.4 percent against the 2020 Census count. Four cities carry most of that: Fishers and Carmel are both right at 100,000 and effectively neck and neck, Noblesville is the county seat at about 73,000, and Westfield is about 55,000.

A county that builds more than it inherits

Hamilton County pulled 4,146 building permits in 2025. Marion County, with roughly two and a half times the population, pulled 1,342. That is not a small gap and it is not a rounding error. It is the shape of the county.

Four more places round out the roster and they are nothing like the four cities: Cicero at about 5,500, Sheridan at about 3,200, Arcadia at about 1,600, and Atlanta at about 800. A service area that only names Carmel and Fishers is a service area that has never driven to Atlanta.

The median home here went up in 2002

Just over half the housing stock in Hamilton County, 53.6 percent, was built in 2000 or later. Only 17.0 percent of it predates 1980. The median year built is 2002. Marion County's median is 1974.

Give us the brand and the model number on the phone and we can tell you what we are walking into before a truck loads.

The money side of the county is real too. Median owner-occupied value is $405,500, the highest of the counties we cover, owner occupancy runs 76.1 percent, and median household income is $121,530 in 2024 dollars.

Roundabouts, and a state road that turned into a freeway

Carmel has more than 160 roundabouts, more than any other city in the United States, by the city's own count. It is a genuinely faster way to move a car and a genuinely confusing way to give directions. When you call, give us the nearest roundabout and the cross street and the tech finds you the first time instead of the third.

The other road that changed the county is SR 37. Between 126th Street in Fishers and SR 32 and 38 in Noblesville it has been rebuilt as a grade separated freeway, with interchanges at 126th, 131st, 141st, and 146th Streets. Anyone who learned that corridor before the rebuild is driving a road that no longer exists.

From our west side shop the run is up I-465, north on I-69, then SR 37. The other way is US 31 north through Carmel and Westfield, then SR 32 east into Noblesville.

Grand Park, warehouses, and the commercial side

Grand Park Sports Campus in Westfield runs more than 400 acres, with 31 multipurpose fields, 26 baseball and softball diamonds, and a 377,000 square foot events center. Buildings that size are a mechanical problem, not a residential one.

The commercial side of Prime Guard covers rooftop units, split systems, package units and multi-zone systems, ductwork fabrication, building automation and thermostat controls, preventative maintenance programs, and HVAC support for tenant build-outs. If you manage a building in Fishers or Noblesville and you need a vendor who answers at 2 a.m., start with the commercial page.

Hamilton County questions

Do you charge extra at night or on weekends in Hamilton County?

You get the number on the call, before a truck rolls, and it is the number for the hour you are actually calling in.

Which Hamilton County towns do you actually cover?

All eight. Carmel, Fishers, Noblesville, Westfield, Cicero, Sheridan, Arcadia, and Atlanta. The small ones at the north end of the county count the same as the big ones at the south end.

Is Fishers bigger than Carmel now?

They are both right at 100,000 and effectively neck and neck in the Census Bureau's ACS 2024 5-year estimates. The margins of error are small and the gap between them is thinner still.

My subdivision is full of roundabouts and the GPS gets confused. Will the tech find me?

Give us the nearest roundabout and the cross street when you book, not just the street address. Carmel alone has more than 160 of them. Two seconds on the phone saves a lap around the neighborhood.

Do you handle commercial buildings up here, or only houses?

Both. Rooftop units, split systems, package and multi-zone systems, controls, and preventative maintenance programs, plus HVAC support for tenant build-outs. Tell us the building and what it is doing when you call.
