What it does for a house with one furnace is not what it does for a building running rooftop units, so you get the coverage for your own equipment read to you on the phone before you sign up for anything.
How many visits do I get?

Do you cover both the HVAC and the roof?
Prime Guard does heating and cooling and roofing, so one company answers for both. Tell us which of them you want on the plan and we will tell you what that looks like on the same call.
Does a plan get me seen faster in an emergency?
