Privacy policy

This policy covers this website and the ways you can contact Prime Guard HVAC & Roofing Corporation through it: the request form, the phone number, and the email address. It explains what we collect, why we collect it, who sees it, and how to tell us to stop.

Prime Guard is a local HVAC and roofing company at 652 N Girls School Rd, Suite 230, Indianapolis, IN 46214. Office hours are Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM. Calls are answered 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.

Only what you type or tap. The request form asks for these, and only the first three are required:

• Your name
• Your phone number
• The city or ZIP code where the work is
• Your email address, optional
• A description of the problem, optional
• Up to four photos of the problem, optional
• What kind of job it is, how urgent it is, and whether the property is residential or commercial

We do not ask for a Social Security number, a date of birth, a bank account, or a credit card. This site does not take payments.

To answer you and to do the work. Your phone number is how we reach you about the job, your city or ZIP tells us which county the address sits in and how far the drive is, and a photo of the leak or the model plate means the tech shows up with the right part instead of coming back tomorrow.

We do not sell your information. We do not rent it, trade it, or hand it to a lead broker.

• The service that delivers the form message from this site to those inboxes. It carries the message and does not use it for anything else.
• Edenville Labs, the company that built and maintains this site, which receives a copy of form submissions so it can confirm the form is working and the leads are arriving.

That is the whole list. If a court order or a law required us to hand something over we would have to comply, and short of that, nobody else gets it.

The request form carries a consent checkbox. It is unchecked when the page loads, and you have to check it yourself. It reads:

Consent is not a condition of buying anything. You can hire us without agreeing to be texted, and you can tell us to stop at any time.

To stop messages: reply STOP to any text, or call 317-997-4212, or email info@primehvacroofing.com and say so. We honor opt-out requests as quickly as we can and within 10 business days at the outside. Message and data rates from your carrier may apply to any text you send or receive.

This site sets no cookies. It also saves nothing on your device between visits, in any form of browser storage. There is no cookie banner on this site because there is nothing to consent to.

We use Vercel Web Analytics to count page views and a small number of events, such as taps on the phone number and how far people get through the request form. It is cookieless, it does not follow you to other websites, and it does not build a profile of you. We use it to see which pages produce calls.

Like every website, the servers that host this site keep standard request logs, which include an IP address and the browser you used.

Photos are optional and they travel with your request to the same places listed above. Send the equipment, the leak, or the model plate. Please do not send photos of people, documents, or anything else you would not want in a work order.

We keep what you send for as long as we need it to do the work, answer questions about it afterward, and keep ordinary business records. If you want your information deleted, call or email and ask, and tell us the phone number you used so we can find it.

• Ask us to delete it.
• Tell us to stop texting or calling, by replying STOP or by asking on the phone or by email.

This site is for people arranging HVAC and roofing work. It is not directed to children under 13 and we do not knowingly collect anything from them.

If this policy changes, the effective date at the top changes with it. Nothing here applies retroactively to information you already sent us.
