Marion, Hamilton, Hendricks, Shelby, Johnson, Morgan, and Hancock counties, Indiana, plus extended coverage in Delaware County.
Marion is not a county near Indianapolis
Indianapolis and Marion County are one consolidated city and county. So Marion is not a county surrounding Indianapolis, it is the county Indianapolis sits in. Plenty of contractor sites file it with the neighbors and call the whole set surrounding counties. It is a small thing, and it is the kind of small thing that tells you whether anyone actually works here.
The counties around it are Hamilton, Hendricks, Shelby, Johnson, Morgan, and Hancock. Our shop sits at 652 N Girls School Rd on the Indianapolis west side, in Marion County, just inside the I-465 beltway.
Then Delaware County, which is a different kind of entry on this list. That is Muncie, roughly 50 miles northeast, and it does not border Marion County. It is real coverage on a longer run, so ask for a window when you call and you get one that reflects the distance.
Every county we cover
Marion, Hamilton, and Hendricks have a page of their own with real local detail. Every other county below is covered exactly the same way, by the same phone number and the same trucks.

Extended coverage
- Delaware County · Muncie
Delaware County is extended coverage rather than a neighboring county. Muncie sits well outside the Indianapolis ring, so ask for a real window when you call and you will get one.

Where the trucks start
652 N Girls School Rd, on the Indianapolis west side, in Wayne Township, immediately inside the west leg of I-465 near where I-74 and US 36 run west out of the city. West into Hendricks County is straight out Rockville Road. North into Hamilton County is up the loop, onto I-69, then SR 37. East and south run the beltway.
Ask for a window when you call and you get one for the run from this address to yours, before a truck leaves.
One note on the far edge. Muncie is a longer run than anywhere else on this page, and the window you get on the phone reflects that.

Questions about the service area
Which counties do you actually cover?
Marion, Hamilton, Hendricks, Shelby, Johnson, Morgan, and Hancock, plus Delaware. Indianapolis sits inside Marion County, so Marion is where we start from rather than somewhere we drive out to, and Hamilton, Hendricks, Shelby, Johnson, Morgan, and Hancock are the counties around it. Delaware is the outlier: that is Muncie, roughly 50 miles northeast, and it does not border Marion at all.
Does it cost more to come out to the edge of the service area?
You get the exact number on the phone before a truck leaves, and it does not change on the invoice.
How fast can you really get to my town?
Typically about 2 hours. That is a typical time, not a guarantee. Indianapolis and the nearby suburbs are quickest, and the far edge of the service area runs longer. Muncie is the longest run on this page. Ask for a window when you call and you will get a real one.
My town is not on this page. Are you still going to come out?
Call and tell us where you are. The counties above are what we cover today, and if you are just outside one of them we will give you a straight yes or no on the phone rather than sending a truck and figuring it out later.
Do you cover both houses and commercial buildings out here?
Both, everywhere we cover. Furnaces, air conditioners, heat pumps, and roofs on the residential side. Rooftop units, package and multi-zone systems, controls, flat roofs, and preventative maintenance on the commercial side.
